 Robert McFarland  started the company based on a philosophy that blends together personal training, nutrition coaching, and pain management. It is designed for any client, including world-renowned athletes, aiming to enhance their physical performance and well-being while preventing and managing injuries. The goal? To find an enjoyable side of fitness (even if there may be a sore muscle or two along the way...)
